Panel - Fostering a developer ecosystem that lasts
Building a thriving developer ecosystem goes far beyond writing great code; it requires a deliberate strategy for fostering genuine connection, collaboration, and shared ownership. This panel will bring together seasoned DevRel leaders to discuss the critical components of building a developer community that lasts. We'll move beyond transactional relationships to explore how to create spaces—both online and offline—that encourage peer-to-peer support, celebrate contributions, and empower developers to become advocates for your product. Learn how to design a sustainable community model, measure its health, and build an ecosystem that is resilient, engaged, and serves as a powerful engine for long-term growth and product adoption. Key learnings: - Identify the core elements of a sustainable developer community, moving beyond basic forums and documentation. - Cultivate a culture of contribution that empowers community members to become active participants and leaders. - Implement strategies for measuring community health and demonstrating its tangible value to the broader organization.
