From competitive intel to release notes: Building AI-Powered GTM systems as a PMM
AI is changing how product marketers work—but most use cases still stop at content generation. The real opportunity? Building repeatable systems that scale GTM execution. In this session, Bianca and Amit move beyond theory to show how PMMs can operationalize AI across the full GTM workflow—from strategic input to executional output. You’ll see how AI agents can be used to track and synthesize real-time competitive intelligence, and how those insights can feed directly into scalable GTM assets like release communications. Through live examples, including a “vibe-coded” release notes workflow and a dynamic competitive intelligence dashboard, this session demonstrates how PMMs can shift from reactive content creators to proactive system builders. Walk away with practical frameworks and inspiration to start building your own AI-powered GTM engine.
