Jon Rooney is the Vice President of Product Marketing at Unity. Prior, Jon was the SVP of Product and Solution Marketing at New Relic, the VP of Marketing at Domino Data Lab, and the VP of Product Marketing at Splunk, where he held a number of roles from 2012 through 2018. Earlier in his career, Jon held product management and product marketing roles at Microsoft working on ASP.net, Visual Studio, Silverlight, and Azure.
In addition, Jon worked for Accenture and venture-backed technology start-ups in the Bay Area. Born and raised in the Philadelphia area, Jon graduated with a BA in English from the University of Pennsylvania and received an MBA at the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin.
