From reports to roadmaps: Getting insight into the right hands
Win/loss insight is only valuable if it reaches the people who can act on it. But the teams who need it most often aren't just sales and product. Pricing, legal and PMM all have decisions shaped by what buyers are saying, and most programs never get findings in front of them. This session goes inside a program built to close that gap, sharing how win/loss results are brought together with voice of customer feedback and conversation intelligence to create a single, trusted view of the buyer, how AI is used to synthesise those sources and get the right findings to the right teams faster, and how that view directly shapes the product backlog. In this session: • Get win/loss in front of pricing, legal and PMM, not just sales and product. • Align win/loss, VoC, and call data to reinforce findings rather than compete. • Use AI to pull themes from every source and route them to the teams who need them. • Get win/loss onto the roadmap, and keep it there. Because a report that sits in a deck changes nothing. A roadmap shaped by your buyers changes everything.
